The Due Cigni Tuscany Santoku is a stylish kitchen knife. The Santoku is a Japanese version of the chef’s knife. The blade is perfect when finely cutting vegetables, meat, fish, union, garlic, and of course different types of herbs. The dimples in the blade ensure that the ingredients don’t stick to the blade. The blade is made from Nitro-B 4119 stainless steel. This is a type of steel with a high nitrogen content. It has an extremely thin microstructure and is highly resistant to corrosion. This type of steel is also easy to sharpen at home, should it lose some of its sharpness over time.
