One of the coolest knives from our Eden range: the Eden pankiri. Pankiri is the Japanese term for bread knife. With this knife you can easily cut through all types of bread. Hard crust, soft crust or soft buns: a piece of cake for this amazing knife. But this knife can also be used to cut cakes or hard vegetables and fruit. Think, for instance, of cutting the hard skin of pumpkins or melons. But also peeling or cutting a celeriac is no problem at all. As a result this knife can handle a lot more than just bread.
