The GEFU Tartufolo cheese and truffle slicer is a useful, adjustable slicer with a double function. The base is perfect for slicing cheese. The curved surface prevents the cheese from sticking to the blade. And, using the other side of the curved surface enables you to use the slicer to slice truffles and mushrooms. The GEFU Tartufolo has an adjustable cutting surface and an adjuster knob which you can use to determine the thickness of the slices. Both the blade and the handle are made from stainless steel. Wonderful to look at, and great to use without it ever feeling too heavy. The ergonomic handle feels great and firm in hand. After using it you can easily clean the slicer in your dishwasher.
