This bread knife is enhanced with a 32 cm serrated blade and can cut all different types of bread, cake or pie. According to Güde’s philosophy a bread knife needs to cut through bread and not squish it. To achieve this they developed their own version of a serrated knife: ‘Güde-Wellenschliff’.
