The Laguiole en Aubrac Le Perlé Balbach Damascus pocket knife is a modern incarnation of the classic Laguiole knife. There is a stylized version of the Laguiole bee on the spine. However, the most striking feature is the blade itself. It is made from Balbach Damascus steel with a boomerang pattern. The different layers of Damascus steel contrast each other beautifully. The handle also has nice contrast thanks to the light beechwood and dark lines. The name ‘Le Perlé’ comes from the round engravings that have been filed into the handle by hand.
