This small Robert Herder Fromaĝo 13 cm bread knife is specially intended for cutting small bread rolls, for example for a cheese board. The blade is only 13 centimetres long, making it much shorter than a ‘standard’ bread knife. When you put your cheese board on the table with bread rolls, this knife will allow everyone to cut and make their own sandwiches. It doesn’t take up much space, and the short blade means you’re less likely to bump into something while you’re using it.
