The Sakai Takayuki Blue 2 Steel Japanese Style 01255 kamagata usuba is a stylish Japanese vegetable knife. This kamagata usuba has a blade shape with the spine rounding off at the end of the blade towards the tip of the knife. This makes the knife very similar to a mix between a santoku and a nakiri. We don’t know the exact reason for this curve, but the knife is extremely suitable for finely slicing or chopping meat, fish and vegetables.
