The Sakai Takayuki Tokujo 03115 deba is a large and solid Japanese kitchen knife. The deba was originally designed for filleting and preparing meat and fish. The blade is thicker than an average kitchen knife, allowing you to cut through small bones, ligaments and tendons without damaging the knife’s edge.
