The Shizu Hamono Gifu Collection bread knife is a very stylish and relatively large Japanese kitchen knife. The remarkable forging method and the luxurious handle material ensure that not only the whole looks amazing, but is also amazing to use. The knife was made in Seki, Japan by artisan knife makers using traditional techniques.
