The 1000/3000 stone is the logical next step to make your knives razor-sharp. The diamond-coated sharpening steel ensures you can quickly sharpen your knives. The diamond particles remove a little more material than a ceramic sharpening steel. As such it will be faster and leave you with a more ‘biting’ edge. Do you find it harder to cut a tomato?
