This Spyderco Bench Stone is a large sharpening stone measuring 20.3 cm long and 7.5 cm wide. The sharpening stone is a steel plate coated with small particles of cubic boron nitride. Cubic boron nitride has almost the same hardness as diamond. It sharpens knives fast, meaning that the stone won’t wear out quickly, even when sharpening knives with an extremely hard steel.
