This Wüsthof Classic bread knife, 23 cm is enhanced with a very
remarkable serrated pattern. Compared to single-serrated
blades, this knife is enhanced with a double-serrated blade. This means that
it retains its sharpness longer, doesn’t need as much pressure and leaves you
with very accurate, smooth cuts. Loaves of bread with a hard crust
are not crushed when sliced, and even bread with
soft crusts are nicely cut, without tearing the delicate
surface.
