This Wüsthof Classic carving knife is, with its
26 cm blade perfect when cutting larger pieces of meat.
You can easily slice ham or roast beef into thin, equal
slices. This is also called tranching. You can also do this
with a chef’s knife, but with a carving knife you can end up with even thinner
slices because the blade is narrower. You can also use this knife
when cutting vegetables and fish.
