With this Wüsthof Silverpoint decoration knife/ peeler you will never have to worry about peeling an orange or other citrus fruit ever again. You can also use this peeling to decorate using an orange or any other fruit. It is comprised of a handle and a metal head with an ‘eye’ you use to scrape over the skin. To make this easier the edge of the ‘eye’ is razor-sharp. The shavings are often used as seasoning (sometimes dried) or as a decorative garnish.
